Su trabajo m\u00e1s reciente se centra en la ecolog\u00eda de los virus persistentes en plantas, en contraposici\u00f3n a los virus que causan enfermedad, y su papel tanto en plantas domesticadas (cultivadas) como en plantas silvestres.
